MASI
The Murrelektronik Actuator Sensor Interface is a simple, low-cost solution for connecting actuators and sensors in the lower field level. The main advantage of the system is ease of assembly and installation, which saves time and reduces the number of errors.
Combined with installation technology, the continuity of MASI provides a continuous solution from control panel to control cabinet to field – from MASI 00/20 to MASI 68/69K – and from IP00 to IP68/69K.
The application-oriented optimization of the modules allows systems to be assembled and expanded> both rapidly and reliably. Installation technology for the control cabinet and in the field is the ideal addition for I/O modules.
- Rapid installation, easy to start up, optimized service. MASI 00/20 – digital I/O modules optimized for deployment in terminal boxes and control cabinets.
- MASI 65 – digital I/O modules for any standard installation with IP67 protection.
- MASI 67/68 – digital I/O modules for more complex applications.
- TÜV-certified I/O modules with safe outputs for use in safety circuits up to Category 3.
MVK
Fieldbus modules with IP67 protection are a main component of the machine, replacing complex wired, and thus expensive, terminal boxes. The fieldbus replaces conventional parallel wiring. This saves a lot of space in the control cabinet. The best place for modules is close to the process. They establish the connections from sensors and actuators to the controls via preterminated cables.
In comparison to conventional wiring technology, assembly, commissioning and servicing times are significantly shortened, lowering the costs of installation and maintenance. Fully encapsulated fieldbus modules in metal housings are particularly robust and thus ideal for use in rugged conditions in mechanical engineering and plant construction. Endurance paired with water-tightness are the keywords in these environments.
Cube67
Cube67 is the modular, distributed I/O system that uniquely combines IP20 and IP67 protection – plug-connected, robust, fully encapsulated. Starting at the bus coupler, the I/O layer spreads radially throughout the application. The hybrid system cable connections for power supply and communication between individual components in the system are rational and clear: Assemble – plug in – that’s it!
I/O modules are available for digital, analog, and serial signals, temperature sensing, counters, and valve clusters, drive or operating-panel attachment. The system offers end-to-end, channel-specific debugging right down to the sensor/actuator. The digital channels are freely programmable, so that the M8 or M12 plug position or the signal terminal, for example, can be used as an input or output (multifunctional).

- Reduced cost and time of installation.
- Shorter commissioning.
- Simplified troubleshooting.
