About the Emerson AVENTICS Pneumatic Stocking Program
Evolution Motion Solutions has a long-standing history of providing optimized pneumatics solutions to industrial and mobile customers and used this experience to create the Emerson AVENTICS Pneumatic Stocking Program, which includes the most frequently used components in air preparation. In addition, to quickly deliver the components at competitive prices, Evolution offers technical support for sizing assistance, valve flow, and configuring air preparation.
Emerson’s 2018 acquisition of AVENTICS made it the third-largest pneumatics manufacturer globally. Emerson’s pneumatics portfolio already included established brands such as ASCO and Numatics, and the addition of AVENTICS makes them a well-rounded resource for the latest pneumatics technology. Evolution’s relationship and experience with AVENTICS extends beyond this to their previous Bosch Rexroth Pneumatics days.
Modular Air Preparation with Emerson AVENTICS Series 651, 652, and 653

With a compact design and low-maintenance technology to actuate machinery, our pneumatics can be trusted to deliver reliable and efficient operation even in the most demanding applications and environments.
Emerson AVENTICS offers a wide range of modular, easy-to-assemble air preparation components with their 651, 652, and 653 series. The air preparation series are suited for a variety of industries thanks to their extended temperature range -40°F to 176°F / -40°C to 80°C. Users can include a number of filters or regulators to complete their system and achieve additional performance benefits.
Particulate Filter
- Removes particulate and water droplets from inert gas or compressed air
- FRL Stocking Program includes 5-micron filters, but 25 and 40-micron filters are also available through traditional ordering processes
Coalescing Filter
- Removes oil and sub-micron particles
- FRL Stocking Program includes 0.3-micron filters, Emerson AVENTICS also offers filters down to 0.01 microns
- Eliminate the need for a separate particulate element with an optional 3-micron pre-filter integrated into the coalescing element
- Monitor filter element conditions with visual or electrical differential pressure indicators
Regulator
- Manage high flow with a broad range of adjustable output pressures
- 651 series flows in excess of 72 SCFM (2050 L/min)
- 652 series flows in excess of 245 SCFM (7000 L/min)
